SIALKOT (Staff Report) - As much as seven convicted culprits of Sialkot lynching event, where two brothers were tortured to loss of life, are placed to be carried out on Fri (Apr 8).
Matching to information available with Daily Pakistan Global, the fatality warrants of seven convicts known as Rashid Mehr, Ali Raza, Shafiq, Sarfraz, Jameel Jeela, Iqbal and Ameen have been granted by Judge of Sialkot's special courts.
While dismissing the culprits pleas contrary to the punishments, Justice Imtiaz Ahmed termed the lynching of two brothers a shameful work of society.
In 2010 August, both brothers, named Muneeb and Mughees, were killed by the mob -which alleged them of robbery- in daylight in Buttran Wali portion of Sialkot.
Their dead physiques were, on later, dragged on streets and hanged against a normal water reservoir in the certain area. Police force representatives present on the website hadn't precluded the lynching also.
