"He (Darren Sammy) has offered his complete support to revive the international Cricket in Pakistan when other international players are absolutely averse to going to Pakistan," Javed Afridi added.
The Peshawar Zalmi owner, in his notice, wrote further, "We are really confident that small gesture (of conferring honorary citizenship to Darren Sammy) will be a major revolution in projecting a delicate image of Pakistan at zero charge of the countrywide exchequer, and thwarting the nefarious designs of our opponents who are sparing no possibility to defame Pakistan's image internationally."
